Marcy (or old lady as all these young folks call her) is the extended warranty industry ninja. She’s done everything from licking envelop flaps on fulfillment back in the old days to running a finance company. She’s the newest member to the Inline team and although she and Justin have worked together for many years, she’s still had to go through the regular hazing.
