INLINE CRM ENHANCEMENTS

You asked and we listened… We have added additional policy statuses to allow you to run your business in the most efficient way possible.

  • Scheduled Postdate
  • Postdate Declined
  • ACH Pending
  • Down Payment Chargeback
    • *Post Dated Policies can be reversed if the down payment declines and there have been no other funds captured.

The additional statuses allow you to report specifically on your policies and make management decisions.

Currently, this enhancement will only apply to policies going forward.

Feel free to reach out to your support team if you have questions regarding the policy status updates.

Enhancing Your Support Experience

You can now email our support team directly from your Inline CRM. Just click the email icon at the top of your screen to open an email dialogue window and send. Our team will receive your request immediately and begin to resolve.
